Software License

This license governs your use of the Shuvvle mobile application and any associated services (collectively, the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms.

1. Grant of License

SynapSys Software ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the App or any portion of it;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all content within it — including but not limited to graphics, word puzzles, sound effects, and code — are the exclusive property of Licensor and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated herein.

4. Third-Party Components

The App incorporates third-party libraries and services (including Firebase, the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter, and Flutter framework packages). Those components are subject to their respective open-source or commercial licenses, which are not affected by this agreement.

5. Updates and Termination

Licensor may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time. This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination you must stop using and delete all copies of the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Licensor does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

This license is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
