This Privacy Policy explains how SynapSys Software ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Shuvvle mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.
1. Information We Collect

We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, location, or device identifiers beyond what Firebase Analytics automatically provides.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To run the game and save your progress across sessions and devices;
- To enforce username uniqueness and link your wallet to your profile;
- To process in-app purchases on the Solana blockchain;
- To display leaderboards and Flash Round results;
- To improve the Service using aggregated, anonymised analytics.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, our legal bases are:
- Contract performance — to provide the game features you request;
- Legitimate interests — to maintain security and improve the Service;
- Consent — for analytics cookies on the website (you may withdraw consent at any time).
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers, solely to operate the Service:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions) — data stored in the nam7 multi-region (United States);
- Google Analytics — anonymised usage data;
- Solana blockchain — transaction data is public and immutable by design.
5. Blockchain Data
Transactions submitted to the Solana blockchain are public and permanent. Your wallet address, transaction amounts, and signatures are visible to anyone on the network. We have no ability to alter or delete blockchain records.
6. Data Retention
We retain your profile data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your Firestore records within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or where data has been anonymised for aggregate statistics.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate data;
- Request deletion of your account and associated data;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Data portability.

8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Security
We use industry-standard measures including Firebase security rules, server-side validation in Cloud Functions, and TLS encryption in transit to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
